Yesterday after my guild one shot everything in TOC 25m, we went out to do Onyxia 25m. We one shot her as well. I had gotten new wrists from TOC, and when this helm dropped i won it also.
As you know all the gear from lvl 60 Onyxia was upgraded to 80, but the only the stats, the designs stayed the same. The reason im posting is really to show how much the gear has changed since vanilla WoW. Now most gear (at least for hunters anyways) has a dark-ish feel to it, but when i put this new helm on, it stands out like a sore thumb.
