Wrath of the Gnoll King was an entry into Alienware’s Rise to Power contest by Necka. It was recently featured on WoW.com WoW Moviewatch column (found here) and i thought i share it on my site.
This video was inspired by a similar story line in Dark Legacy Comics, where the NPCs of the World … of Warcraft take over.
While they are sill fresh in my head I thought I’d jot down some things I’d like to see in the iPhone 4.0 OS and my reasoning behind them. I know 4.0 is already out. (currently in beta correct?) But there are still a lot of unknown APIs that might be in there.
API for apps to turn up the brightness.
When your laying in bed staring at the screen, you want it kinda dark. But when you need to find something on your desk when your to lazy to find and turn on the lamp, you open your iPhone (or in my case, iPod touch) and have to turn up the brightness just to use the damn flashlight app.
The ability to remove the default apps.
Come on the average Joe wont ever use the stocks app? What about ‘Voice Memos’? I have a iPod touch, i cant even use it. And what if i find a better notes app, or a better calendar app?
Option to not lock the screen when docked.
Its not like its going to drain the battery? Main thing id use it for is iTunes remote. Just having the album art there is kinda kool. And it makes it easier to control. But having to unlock it to control it, does kinda suck.

Well after seeing those pictures i realized that this last winter (2009-2010) really fucking sucked. We didn’t get any fucking snow, at least where i live. It wasn’t until the official first day of spring did we get a inch of snow. WTF Mother Nature?
You know, i didn’t get out much during that winter, or this last one either. I really should get out more and play in the snow. Ill try to play in the snow more next year. That is if it even snows.
Meebo is truly the best thing to come to instant messaging since, well, since instant messaging its self.
If you dont know what Meebo is, click the word Meebo any in this post. But if your that lazy i guess i could tell you. Meebo started out as a simple easy way to chat with your IM buddies where ever you were. Aim, Yahoo, Wim and ICQ. Since then they have evolved into a huge network of sites that you can chat on.
Ever since i first found out about Meebo, iv stopped running my IM clients and ended up uninstalled them. I refuse to use them even tho they might a couple features that Meebo still doesn’t have perfectly. File transfer, Webcams. But Meebo has added support for those though web apps.
Meebo recently released their ‘Meebo Notifier‘ witch is a small app that sits in the system tray and keeps you connected to Meebo. You can then close the Meebo.com window and still receive message, notifications that friends have signed on and off. And at any time you can double click on the icon to open up the browser.
So if your a chat-aholic, why not bring all your chatting networks into once place with Meebo. Check it out!
Now if they will just add IRC support.
OK I’m bored, and its been a while since i made any post on this site, so I’m going to blog about my Beard! Yup you read that correctly (if you couldn’t tell by the titles or the pictures of my beard).
I cant remember the last time i shaved. And I hate shaving, especially with a blade. So instead of getting in the habits of shaving ever morning, i just let it grow, and grow, and grow.
Everyone hates something about themselves, and i hate a lot of things about my self. One of the top things on my list is the swirl on the left side of my jaw in my beard hair.
Well that’s it, i hope to keep growing this thing out longer and longer. Who knows i may end up being the guy with a foot long beard. LOL…
